A day at HZC Legacy

Morning
Start your day at the office with a team meeting and coaching sessions. Here, skills are trained and mindset is built. You learn how to communicate effectively, interact with different types of people, and improve your sales results.
Afternoon
You go to locations (B2B, B2C, or events and trade shows, depending on the campaign). This is where you actively speak with customers, present products such as Hello Fresh, Proximus, Bofrost, etc., and develop your confidence. Not every conversation leads to a sale, so resilience and consistency are essential.
Social night
The team meets 2 to 3 times a week to discuss results, celebrate wins, and provide feedback. You receive one-on-one coaching to continuously improve your performance and grow to your next level. This is always accompanied by snacks and drinks.
